To know me is to know that I love a good newsletter. They’re a great way to get your name in someone’s inbox when you aren’t selling them something. And, they can be time consuming and you’re busy. I get that. Let’s be honest here, you know you want and need a newsletter, but you’re the biggest obstacle in the way of getting it done. Right? Let’s talk.
Here’s how this is going to work:
- We’ll create a monthly newsletter schedule so you aren’t surprised when it’s time AND you have content ideas flowing throughout the month! Yes, it’s a collaboration – you’ve got some skin in the game here my friend!
- I’ll create (or update) your newsletter template so each time you know exactly what’s needed, and readers know where to look for specific content sections.
- We’ll get your lists up to date and make sure you’re reaching all the right people.
- A week after your newsletter is sent, I’ll send you a quick report with feedback on what we may want to change or adapt for next month.

I’ll take a look at your website and make sure that your content makes sense and is up to date (I can’t contact you if there’s no way to do so on your site). We may have a few updates or changes to the website so it flows and makes more sense.
The best way to be on top of your online presence is TRACKING. How about a nice monthly analytics report so we can track where your traffic is coming from and make sure we’re maximizing those opportunities. We’ll also find out WHERE you’re showing up online and make sure that you’re consistent across the board. And we’ll make sure you’re showing up where you should be (ahem, Google…) If you work with an SEO firm or are planning to, we’ll get the foundation setup and make sure your online presence is off to a great start.
So much content, so little time…
As a small business owner you have opinions and ideas about how awesome you are. Having the time to get it out there, or the finesse to say it without sounding like a bully (HIRE ME NOW YOU MORON) can be a challenge. I’m here to make you sound even more awesome than you already are. Here’s a few ways I do that…
My philosophy on blogging is that if you have one, you need to write on it. While I won’t be your ghost writer, I will be your other set of eyes. We’ll make sure you’re talking to your target market in a way that will make sense to them. We’ll also build you a schedule with themes and suggestions so you aren’t getting stuck on what to write each week (yes, I said week). We’ll also make sure that each post is promoted further than your website and setup schedules to maximize readership.
You hired a new team member and they’re awesome (who majors in underwater basket weaving? Wow!). We should make sure their bio is up to date and on your website and in the right social media channels.
A what? No, not a hot plate. A boiler plate is the general “about” information for your business that you post across all those spots online to be consistent. We’ll make sure you have one and that it makes you sound amazeballs.
You have great clients who love you, right? Sometimes they’ve told you this, sometimes you just get the feeling. Let’s make sure it’s getting mentioned in the right places and working for you. I can help to manage the process of collecting testimonials and make sure they’re getting posted into the right places online and on your website.
