Is Your Website Losing You Business?

I was looking for a new resource the other day and searched a few companies online. One company looked like a great fit and I wanted to ask a few questions. But NO WHERE on the website could I email them, just call or sign up for their newsletter. So I went back to the search results and went to the second site. Sure enough I could email them (albeit at a Comcast email address, which is another pet peeve…) and I did and asked my questions. I received a great response this morning and will be meeting with them in the next couple of weeks.

It’s Simple: People want to do business on their time in their own way. Sometimes they’ll find you through social media, sometimes online, but make sure that your prospects can find you and communicate with you the way they want to.
